SMS and mobile information

Reverie Nail and Spa Inc. (Reverie Nails and Spa) may send appointment confirmation, manage-appointment link, and reminder text messages only when you opt in on our online booking form at https://book.reverienailstx.com/book by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default). We do not use keyword text-to-join, paper forms, QR codes, or verbal consent as the initial SMS opt-in for this program.

Message frequency varies. You may receive a confirmation and one or two reminders per appointment.

Consent to receive texts is not required to book or receive salon services.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use a messaging service provider solely as a delivery processor to send the appointment texts you consented to. That provider does not receive permission to use your number for its own marketing.

Cookies / analytics

We do not use a third-party advertising or analytics product on this website. Our site is statically hosted. The host may keep basic server logs (for example, IP address, date, and pages requested) to operate and protect the site. The pages also load fonts and icons from standard content-delivery networks so the site can display. We do not use those tools to run marketing campaigns.

How to request deletion or update your information

To stop appointment texts, reply STOP to our message. Reply HELP for help.

To update or delete your information, call the salon at (682) 224-5688 or email reverienailandspa@gmail.com. We will help as reasonably possible, keeping in mind records we may need to keep to run the salon or meet legal requirements.

Data retention

We keep appointment and phone records as needed to run the salon and customer history — for example, so we can confirm past services, manage bookings, and contact you about an appointment. We do not keep information longer than we need for those purposes or as required by law.

Children’s privacy

Salon services are for our customers. We do not knowingly market to children by SMS. If you believe we have collected information from a child in a way that should not have happened, please call or email us and we will review it.
