Opt-in methods we use

Website / online form only. Customers consent on the booking portal. We do not use keyword text-to-join, paper forms, QR codes, or verbal consent as initial SMS opt-in for this program.

Reply START after a prior STOP only re-enables texts for someone who already opted in before; it is not a new public join keyword campaign.

Complete website opt-in workflow

1. Customer opens online booking at https://book.reverienailstx.com/book and chooses service, date, and time.
2. On the contact step (“Almost done — your info”), they enter name and mobile number.
3. Under the phone field, an optional SMS checkbox is shown unchecked by default. The disclosure next to it names Reverie Nail and Spa, states appointment confirmation and reminder texts, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, and that consent is not required to book. Links to Privacy Policy and Terms appear beside the checkbox.
4. Customer must actively check the box to consent. Checking is not required to complete the booking.
5. Customer submits the booking. Only if the box was checked do we send appointment confirmation, manage-appointment link, and reminder texts to that mobile number.
6. Customer can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Where opt-in happens

On the online booking contact step at https://book.reverienailstx.com/book (“Almost done — your info”), customers enter their name and mobile number. An optional SMS checkbox appears under the phone field. It starts unchecked. Checking it is not required to finish booking. If it stays unchecked, we do not send appointment texts for that booking.
