Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use our website at https://www.reverienailstx.com, our online booking at https://book.reverienailstx.com, or related salon communications. By using the website or booking system, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or booking tools.

The salon is operated by Reverie Nail and Spa Inc., doing business as Reverie Nails and Spa.

Services and location

We provide nail and spa services at our Saginaw location: 4613 W Bailey Boswell Rd Ste 101, Saginaw, TX 76179. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours. You may also book ahead online at https://book.reverienailstx.com or by calling (682) 224-5688. Booking is helpful if you want a specific technician or a set time; it is not required to receive service.

Online booking

Submitting a booking request with your name and phone number is an appointment request for our Saginaw salon. We may confirm by SMS (if you opted in), phone, or through the booking system. We may need to adjust time, technician, or service based on availability.

Appointment text messages

By checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on the online booking form at https://book.reverienailstx.com/book (unchecked by default), you agree that Reverie Nail and Spa Inc. may send appointment confirmations, manage-appointment links, and reminders to the number you provide. Website checkbox opt-in is the only initial SMS consent method for this program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

These messages are appointment-only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Cancellations / no-shows

Please give as much notice as possible if you cannot make an appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges. We do not charge a published cancellation fee on this website.

Service results and salon discretion

Nail and spa results depend on hair, nail, and skin condition, aftercare, and the service you choose. We will work with you in good faith. The salon may decline, stop, or adjust a service if it cannot be done safely or to a reasonable standard. Prices and menu items may change; please ask if you need a current quote.

Website use

You may use the website and booking form for lawful personal purposes — to learn about the salon and request an appointment. You may not scrape the site, overload it, misuse the booking form (including fake requests), or try to access systems you are not allowed to use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts in Tarrant County, Texas, are the proper place for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reverie Nail and Spa Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or booking system. Our responsibility for website or booking issues is limited to the amount you paid us for the related salon service, if any.
